As a parent and caregiver of an autistic teen it can be exciting and satisfying seeing our children grow into unique individuals and also challenging as they navigate life as teenagers.

Digital devices are part and parcel of most teens lives and as parents it’s important we keep on top of what they are doing on-line, effectively limit screen time and help them to keep themselves safe.
