Theme: Speech &Language – informative session about Gestalt Language Processing – Face-to-face event
Does your child:
· Echo language they have heard,
· Use learned ‘scripts’ from TV or movies,
· May use longer chunks of language, rather than single words,
· Often have lots of intonation in their talking
· May enjoy singing/songs,
· May re-watch the same film/ TV/ YouTube clip many times,
· Often refer to themselves using their name (3rd person),
· Struggle to respond to questions.
