Creative fun class – drop in run by Relax Kids
- Join us with Relax Kids for magical, creative, and fun classes especially designed to help your child become more resilient, calm and confident.
- Your child will receive a unique toolbox of relaxation and mindful exercises to help support their mental and emotional health and wellbeing.
- These sessions are for parents and child to attend together and to give a positive experience of mindfulness and fun and help you release the potential of activities at home.
Dads are welcome and we encourage them to attend our workshops and events.
When: Thursday 28 March, 2023 at 10am to 11am.
Where: Kids Can Achieve – Cedars Hall, Artillery Place, HA3 6QJ.
